We require up to two days for production prior to delivery in most cases aside from Next Day Delivery. However, if we can produce and supply your items sooner we will do so.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Please allow up to five working days for your order to arrive. We offer next day delivery (orders must be placed before 12noon the day before you require delivery) as a postage option during checkout if required.
Product prices shown on our website do not include a delivery charge. Postage is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and delivery preferences. Post and packaging is based on orders to UK mainland only and are subject to change.
A full valid postcode is required for every order. We will deliver the products ordered to the specific address given at the time you make the order. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses supplied by you. We shall accept no liability if you do not receive your order as a result of you providing us with incorrect address details.
Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery. Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number.
DELIVERY & ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
We will make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, occasionally we may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as heat. In this instance we may delay your delivery, but we will contact you by email with our recommendation. Once in transit, we cannot accept responsibility of heat damage, which is beyond our control.
Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns for un-wanted goods. If however you find your items damaged upon delivery please report this to us via email at email@example.com.
